• Go to the Coffee Shop
• Click on the “Wishmaker 3000″ (big fan above the Birthday Cake)
• Wait for it to blow to top of the Cake off
• Collect your Party Hat. WOOT!!

the party hat IS the same as the party hat the penguin from the Celebrate Site and Billybob’s Blog was wearing! That’s not all the SWEETNESS, there’s a another free item and a new pin!
